I don't have many changes to note other than the project request template feeling clunky at times. There isn't as much customization for categories and types of work we need so half the time we end up selecting a project type that isn't really geared towards the work we're asking to be done. It's not a problem because our designer understands what is needed, but it feels redundant to fill out the form when all of the information is in the brief we write anyway.
