What do you like best about Mantis EVN?

1. Highly responsive over Slack and email

2. Personalized service - we know both of the Mantis team members who work with our code closely, and well as the overall founder/owner of Mantis

3. Adaptable - Mantis is willing to use the tools and processes our Engineering team prefers while also recommending/advising some of their own based on their expertise.

4. Overall high quality service - they do a great job testing the product and helping catch things early so that our Engineering team can find even nuanced edge case bugs before we release new features to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mantis EVN?

Nothing comes to mind. One thing to consider is that they are based in Armenia which is great for our Americas-based team because they can test "overnight" but might be a con for others depending on your time zone preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mantis EVN solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Engineering team has been partnering with Mantis for the past several years to help us with manual and automated QA testing of our product. They've provided meticulous and proactive services, and have adapted quickly as we've evolved our platform and launched brand new product lines over the years. What stood out the most was their clear, actionable approach. Not only did they find issues, but they went a step further and created a task board with all the bugs, complete with detailed descriptions and reproduction steps.
