**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

I really appreciate how user-friendly the ManageXR console is. Deploying apps to our VR headsets is straightforward and fast, which I find very convenient. I also value the ability to immediately see if a headset hasn't updated correctly, as this feature saves me significant time during troubleshooting and helps ensure everything runs smoothly for our students. The ManageXR dashboard is well-organized and clear, making the process of managing multiple headsets feel almost effortless.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

Honestly, I can't identify any features that feel unnecessary or unhelpful. Every aspect of the platform has a clear purpose and genuinely simplifies the management of our VR headsets. The only minor inconvenience, and it's not really ManageXR's fault, is that when I'm troubleshooting a headset, I occasionally have to go back and forth between classrooms and my office to check things through the console. I could bring the headsets with me, but that's just part of the workflow. Aside from that, everything operates smoothly.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageXR simplifies the process of identifying and resolving issues with our VR headsets. When a headset fails to update correctly, the console immediately alerts me, allowing for prompt troubleshooting. Whether I need to push updates, resync devices, or make other adjustments, ManageXR provides the necessary tools to restore functionality quickly. This efficiency saves considerable time and ensures our headsets are always ready for students to use.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

ManageXR has been instrumental in managing our 20 Meta Quest headsets across two campus locations. The remote management capabilities are excellent - I can monitor device status, push updates, and configure settings from a central dashboard, which saves tremendous time compared to managing each headset individually. The integration with Meta's MHMS for educational environments works well, and the shared mode functionality is perfect for our multi-user lab setup where students don't need individual accounts. The customer support team has been responsive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the transition from legacy Quest management to the new system. The platform provides much-needed stability and control for institutional VR deployments. Implementation was relatively straightforward once we understood the MHMS integration requirements, and we use the platform daily across both our main campus and Sanford location.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

The most significant limitation is the restricted application library compared to the native Meta Quest Store. Essential applications for our educational programs - including WIN Reality for baseball training - aren't available through ManageXR's ecosystem. This forces workarounds like sideloading, which developers often discourage. Additionally, ManageXR lacks robust Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and comprehensive password management features that are crucial for educational institutions. We need seamless integration with our institutional authentication systems and centralized credential management. The location tracking accuracy is also inconsistent. While screen sharing functionality does work, it can be laggy at times, which impacts the smoothness of demonstrations and remote support sessions. The app installation process could also be more streamlined.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageXR is solving the critical challenge of managing a large fleet of VR headsets across multiple locations without requiring physical access to each device. Before ManageXR, updating software, configuring settings, and troubleshooting issues on our 20 Meta Quest headsets would have required manually handling each device, which was time-consuming and impractical across our two campus locations.

The platform centralizes device management, allowing me to remotely monitor headset status, push updates, configure user sessions, and deploy applications from a single dashboard. This has dramatically reduced the administrative overhead of maintaining our VR lab operations. Additionally, ManageXR serves as a crucial intermediary between our educational institution and Meta's complex enterprise management systems, making the integration with MHMS much more manageable than dealing directly with Meta's native tools.

The shared mode functionality specifically benefits our multi-user educational environment by eliminating the need for individual student accounts while maintaining device security and control. This streamlines the user experience for students and faculty while giving us the administrative oversight necessary for institutional deployment.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

ManageXR is by far the best MDM platform I’ve worked with for managing VR devices. The interface is extremely intuitive and customer-friendly, making it easy to set up, deploy, and manage devices at scale without hassle.

One of the standout features is their customer support team – they are truly amazing. Every time I’ve reached out, the response has been quick, professional, and solution-oriented. They go above and beyond to ensure any issue is resolved smoothly.

ManageXR has streamlined our entire device management process, saving both time and effort. From remote configurations to app updates, everything is seamless. I would highly recommend ManageXR to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient MDM solution.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

ManageXR takes the headache out of managing fleets of XR devices. The platform is intuitive, stable, and scales beautifully as your XR program grows. What truly stands out, though, is the customer service: their team is impressively responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to help. Whether I had small usability questions or more complex deployment scenarios, their support always came through with clear, actionable advice – often faster than expected. It almost feels like having a backstage pass to an expert team. The platform also offers great flexibility for customizing device experiences, which has been invaluable for our organization.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

There’s very little to dislike about ManageXR itself. Some minor challenges have come from dealing with hardware-specific marketplaces, which can be tricky and sometimes slow down deployments. But that’s more about the hardware ecosystem than ManageXR.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageXR is solving the complexity of managing multiple XR devices across locations. It simplifies device setup, app deployment, and remote management, which saves us a huge amount of time and reduces the risk of user errors. Instead of spending hours manually configuring each headset, we can now manage everything centrally and push updates instantly. This has made our XR programs much more scalable and has allowed us to focus on creating great user experiences rather than dealing with technical administration.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

ManageXR is intuitive to use, it's comprehensive in feature set, and it's always improving based on needs of its actual users. 

The software is tailored for the XR space and I don't know how we would effectively manage our fleet of over 15,000 headsets without it. We are literally in the software on a daily basis 

It was an easy implementation for our organization which helped right from the start.

Their customer support team is second to none! I have never enjoyed interacting with a customer service team like I do with ManageXR. They are competent, quick and reliable.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

The only thing I can think of related to ManageXR that I would like to see get better is something that is out of their control. Meta makes it really hard for 3rd party MDMs to be able to have the amount of access to headsets that is needed. Even this is improving though.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most MDMs are too generic and not well-suited for the XR space. ManageXR steps in and solves that problem at the highest levely of quality.

It allows for quick deployment of apps and settings to many devices, but also has very granular control for individual devices. Very useful! We are also excited about the API, althought we have not made use of it yet. Good subscription pricing and billing control also. Very fast and easy deployment.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

We are worried about OEMs locking down their headsets and preventing ManageXR from working properly in the future. First party "blessings" would be good. We've had mixed results with video streaming for Meta Quest 2.

Without a tool like ManageXR, we would have a lot more trouble managing all of our XR devices, and seeing their status.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

The ManageXR platform is intuitive and makes day to day management of our fleet easy. They are continually adding and refining features to improve the customer experience, but for me the best feature of ManageXR is the team behind it. 
The customer support team are quick to jump on any issue you may raise and the communication throughout is 1st class. 
The Development team doesn't just listen to customer feedback and recommendations they delve into it with you to understand how they can improve the product. As a client it is fantastic to see suggestions and requests I've made of the team be implemented via their product roadmap, it shows that at ManageXR the client is at the heart of everything they do.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

It's hard to call out any dislikes, the team are so quick to find solutions to any issues I have had.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our orgainstation is a collective of 31 indivdual Not-For-Profit Service Provideers with no over-arching IT function. The staff in these organistations are not overlly IT savvy and MnanageXR give us a tool to easily manage and monitor the fleet.

Being able to remotely launch and diagnose app issue has been an extremely valuble tool. Having clients that are across the country and not exactly "tech savy", being able to launch remotely view their screen and guide them through the procedure is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

Ocassionally updating the headset/app version can be a bit tricky after the client has had the unit disconnected from WiFi. However, for any clients that actually connect their units to the internet, no issue.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a remote client it is essentail for development and proof of concepts, that we can push the latest builds immediately for crucial feedback. That combined with being able to do so in the kiosk environment, makes it easier than ever to introduce clients to VR in as simple as a possible solution we can ship right to their door. Compared to what is being currently offered by Meta, this management solution is lightyears ahead and truely the only way you should be managing you fleet of headsets.

Deploying apps with a shared code is a breeze.

ManageXR is easy to use.
ManageXR works with Meta to make ManageXR better based on feedback from manage XR users.

getting shared codes from vendors for apps should be much easier. Maybe an app library of companies that support shared codes would be an improvement

the ability to launch apps for a classroom full of students at the same time.
The ability to see what apps a VR headset is using.
Charge status and managing firmware updates are additionion helpful features.

ManageXR is an enterprise leader in VR/XR management service. They filled a gap to help our company roll out several fleets of VR headsets and allow us to collect valuable data with ease. They have amazing customer service which is very responsive and open to suggestions. Their fees are very reasonable for the support that is offered.

There isn't much not to like. In fact, I can't say anything bad.

ManageXR helps me track my devices and keep them up to date with our latest software. The dashboards are very useful to check the status of each device in our fleet.

ManageXR is continually adding new features to outpace other MDM solutions. They offer a wide range of options that are useful for managing VR headsets for enterprise.

It would be valuable if compliance could be reported directly into our Azure cloud or Intune, so we could trust our VR headsets with in-network applications which require compliance.

I like that I can quickly push apps of my choosing to the headsets. I also appreciated being able to restart the headsets from the console. It has been very easy to set up and implement. Customer service has also been excellent.

The team at ManageXR has been outstanding! They have helped our organization manage our virtual reality program with ease.

I do not dislike anything about ManageXR.

ManageXR solved our problem of how to access our VR app in our VR headsets easily. Enabling a kiosk mode into our VR headsets allows users to enter directly into our app upon turning the device on. The kiosk mode allows our users, primarily young school-age students, not to get distracted or navigate complex menus to reach the app we want them to engage in. ManageXR's kiosk mode was precisely what we sought when designing our virtual reality program.

The ability to bulk manage our devices is the main feature of ManageXR I like most. Pushing out updates to all headsets simultaneously is a huge time saver, mainly because our VR apps are frequently updated.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

Unfortunately, ManageXR does not support device streaming from Oculus Quest 2 devices; we currently use Oculus Quest 2. Hopefully, this feature will be added to their serivces soon.

The main problem we faced was managing dozens of devices remotely. ManageXR allows us to create a configuration profile to push out to all headsets, giving us complete control.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

Our company, Lobaki, has worked with ManageXR since their early days, and we've been consistently impressed by their team's commitment to creating a quality product and maintaining good relationships with their clients. Lobaki deploys VR headsets in bulk for education and training, often hundreds at a time, and ManageXR has become one of the main tools in our toolbelt. We're able to use the platform to remotely manage and troubleshoot any of our devices, directly download and update applications, and put our partner schools at ease by letting them manage their devices as well. 

Throughout our relationship, ManageXR has consistently been receptive to our feedback and suggestions, often asking us directly what additions or changes we would like to see. As a result, their platform is tailored to work just as we need it to. Though there are still many more features in development, some of their most recent additions have been game-changers for us. The ability to view data and analytics collected from our devices has helped us gain insights into what our schools and their students are using the devices for, and how we can best help them; the management of headset settings, like wifi network configuration, has helped to make the device setup process as simple as possible; and the organizational management of hundreds of devices across many schools has allowed us to seamlessly manage the distinct needs of each separate organization. We truly can't imagine doing our jobs without this platform.

The team at ManageXR is, and has always been, extremely responsive, professional, and helpful when responding to our questions or requests. They are a pleasure to work with, and we can't wait to see how their team and platform continue to develop into the future.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

Because our experience with ManageXR has been so positive, we prefer to frame this as future wishlist items for the platform, rather than dislikes.

In the future, we'd love to see:
• The ability to pull files (troubleshooting logs, quiz results, analytics, screenshots, 3D models, etc) from the headsets, and/or upload specific files or directories to a shared place
• The ability to see a livestream of a headset
• The ability to make notes about each device from the online console, and then view those notes within that headset
• Integration with various platforms' app stores, like the Oculus Store, Pico Store, or SideQuest, so that apps could be more directly searched for and distributed to devices
• A more streamlined interface for mobile devices, or maybe even a mobile/tablet app

Overall, ManageXR is a fantastic tool for setting up, managing, and deploying content to headsets in bulk. However, the biggest area of opportunity is a pipeline that allows for data/files/media to be passed back and forth between the headset and the manager. We look forward to seeing how the platform continues to evolve and grow in the future!

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that first drew us to ManageXR was the need to install app updates on hundreds of devices at a time. Before ManageXR, we'd have to manually plug each headset in and install the update. Now, ManageXR lets us do this in a few simple clicks. 

Other problems have since arisen that ManageXR is well-equipped to solve, like allowing organizations' IT administrators to directly manage their own devices; loading media directly onto headsets; working with teachers to quickly find and deploy new apps to their devices; and remotely troubleshooting specific devices in real-time. ManageXR has saved us countless hours in deploying VR content to our customers.

The platform has also given us a valuable tool to be able to collect data and analytics on our devices' usage, which helps us better understand what our clients are focusing on and need most from us.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

ManageXR allows us to remotely manage all our VR headsets both internally and with our clients. We have been using the system for just over a year and it continues to go from strength to strength providing increasing insights for checking status, fixing issues, and analysis. The company is incredibly responsive to any issues we have encountered and regularly builds requested features into the roadmap for future releases.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

We have yet to find anything to dislike about ManageXR... any issues that we have found in the past have been dealt with swiftly (normally within days). Truly incredible service and support!

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageXR has allowed us not only to manage new releases and a 'walled garden' environment for our clients, but also to provide much better guidance to those who are using VR for the first time. We can see remotely if they have connected successfully to WiFi, what application they are running, and battery levels. All of these are invaluable, and the ability to remote launch an application has got us out of trouble quite a few times.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

Brink's needed to deploy close to 500 VR headsets across the US. We loved that ManageXR gave us the ability to not only configure each headset to our specifications, but also that we have the capability of remotely monitoring each unit out in the field.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

Once a headset is configured, i'd like to see the ability to download that configuration so that a duplicate copy could be made on other headsets.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageXR:**

If you are new to VR and have need of a system to manage your devices, ManageXR is an excellent tool and the staff is always willing to listen to their customers and help get the most out of the product.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The analytics section has greatly helped us to discover gaps where certain units are not being utilized as much as others. This gives us the ability to move units around the country to places where utilization is higher.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

We love the ability to distribute applications to our devices in the field remotely. We have several different deployments globally that require various applications, files, device settings, etc. This can all be controlled inside ManageXR! We also use ManageXR to distribute beta builds to specific devices for testing, which has been a powerful internal tool.

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

Nothing. It is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone.

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageXR allows us to manage our fleet of devices with confidence and empowers us to scale our business with ease. In addition, it decreases hands-on IT support during deployments. This saves time and allows us to provide higher quality support in record time. This is a massive win for our company and clients.

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

1. The ability to grow and control VR deployments, no matter the size. Life before ManageXR was painful. We are excited that ManageXR exists!!!

2. ManageXR's help center, videos, and documentation have helped us out tremendously. 

3. We love the team and the customer experience is amazing! We love the tech, but we think we love the team more!

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

I wish the Device Setup Tool was not a different step. Other than that, everything else is pretty great and we know it will only get better!

**What problems is ManageXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MXR has helped me deploy mass educational experiences for kids inside and outside of the classroom. Gamechanger!

The tool is very intuitive. After the first training, I was able to set up tons of devices on my own. It was still time-consuming, but way more efficient than it was before MXR came into the world. Thank you!

**What do you like best about ManageXR?**

We use Virtual Reality to deliver marine science content to middle school students. The Kiosk Mode in Manage XR allows us to keep students on track and engaged in the appropriate content. We love how easy it is to tell the status of our devices and quickly make sure everything is charged and up to date!

**What do you dislike about ManageXR?**

We wish the process were a little quicker to get things started, but since the initial onboarding things have been smooth sailing!

We are able to ensure that students are using the VR headsets in an appropriate way, and that they are engaged in only the content we wish for them to see.

ManageXR makes setting up and updating our VR headsets simple and easy. The kiosk mode allows us to restrict access to apps and keep our users in the right app during procedures.

Over the last two years, ManageXR's tools and feature set has been growing and improving. The dev teams updates on their development progress has been clear and honest.  No dislikes here!

ManageXR saves our team incalculable amounts of time setting up our VR deployments for hospitals.  Their services also create a fast, simple solution for our hospital staff to use VR with patients.
