So, it's a good tool that you can understand them as giving great insigts. Additionally, it allows technicians to solve their problems as interacting with them without disrupting their workflow which is very important and can be easily missed by many companies today. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine DEX Manager Plus?** Even if it's a great tool, it can have may predefined / ready-to-be used abilities for especially appliation-specific scenarios. Still it allows end users to make these configs via the power of scripts but these days almost all of the customers are looking for simple, easy to use configurations already set in the product. **What problems is ManageEngine DEX Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ME DEX Manager Plus solves many things but the most critical one is that it increased visibility in many ways. For example some users can complain their battery power or their laptops' inconsistencies but without this kind of tool, almost no tool can bring these info in front of the technicans ready. Additionally, it doesn't just show the problems and/or current situations, it also helps the fix them with sensors and workflows which is a great value. It's also not disruptive for the endpoints and bring almost no load on them because it's agent is pretty lightweight. ### 2.
