They have answered within 1 minute every time I have called. **What do you dislike about Managed Server Hosting?** I migrated our company files to the cloud via Ace a week ago. I have had to call every day trying to resolve an issue that is still ongoing. I paid for 3 months up front at the discounted rated, and I am ready to ask for a refund already! I do not have time to sit with tech support on the phone for an hour every day! **Recommendations to others considering Managed Server Hosting:** Give it a thorough test-drive for the full 10 days! **What problems is Managed Server Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** For some reason, every time I press my shift key, my virtual desktop acts as if it is locked. It is not locked on my real desktop, only on the virtual, and they have admitted that the problem is on their end. They re-set something, not sure what, when I call and it works for the rest of the day. The next morning when I log in, same problem again. ### 2. It is easy to utilize and can best be leveraged by someone who has prior experience with Quickbooks who is then in charge of relaying the information to the owner of the organization. **What do you dislike about Managed Server Hosting?** Unfortunately, Quickbooks cannot be used on a Mac server to the best of its ability. You need Windows to host Quickbooks and use it to the fullest potential. **Recommendations to others considering Managed Server Hosting:** I would make sure that you have the infrastructure to support QuickBooks hosting and once that is known, I would make sure to hire someone who is familiar with QuickBooks and knows how to get everything out of the tool as possible.
