If you’re willing to sign up for a 1-year plan and add 10 sites, for example, and keep those 10 sites there permanently, that’s fine. However, if you want to add and remove websites (Virusdie allows you to do this) without any restrictions, Malcare is not for you. I have regular clients, but some are occasional. I contracted the 10-site plan and had 9 fixed sites there. I used this “slot” that was left over for any other customers. At one point, I tried to add a website and the message appeared saying that I had reached the limit, even though I had 9 websites on the platform and I had 1 “slot” left to use. Now, after 20 days, I’m trying to get a refund, which I’ve been told won’t be possible. Again: if you want to hire for fixed sites, OK. But if you want the right to add or remove sites from your account as you please, Malcare is not for you. **What problems is MalCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me remove viruses from some WordPress sites. ### 3. The Security Scan removed the Malware but the Wordpress website wasn't showing, it was just a blank page. I contacted the Support Team who replied and fixed the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend their services and now I have peace of mind. **What do you dislike about MalCare?** Nothing to dislike at the moment. The scanner initially didn’t pick up the malware, but support is good and the scanner picked up on it on the next run. Id recommend this plugin to anyone wanting a good security plugin for Wordpress. **What do you dislike about MalCare?** Nothing, It scanned and got rid of the security issues; support is super quick and responsive. **What problems is MalCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** They completly "unhacked" my website which was severely hacked. I couldn't even use the website admin to install the plugin, so I contacted support and they did everything for me. Excellent plugin and support. ### 6. The Autoclean function is great. The dashboard is friendly and easy to work with. They add additional features like hardening that provide additional protection, and the pricing is well worth it. I also really like the fact you can update themes and plugins from the panels, and check for remote logins and history. Very effective for malware that login in and hijacks your users. You can also backup and restore sites. **What do you dislike about MalCare?** Overall there is nothing I don't like about Malcare. **What problems is MalCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Five of my websites were all infected with viruses. Some were quite difficult to remove. Starting in August, I tried about 4 or 5 different solutions. Some just cleaned the site but did not prevent it from occurring. Malcare was the only one that assisted with cleaning and also provided excellent feedback on how to avoid it. I followed their advice and had my entire server scanned by my hosting company, and it was clean after having over 4k infected files on five sites. ### 10. They could NOT FIX IT AFTER A WEEK AND NUMEROUS EMAILS. THEY are run but one person that does not know what he's doing. DON'T be like me. They stole $259 from me. Don't let them steal your money too! **What do you dislike about MalCare?** INCOMPETENT SCAM OF A COMPANY. Poor communication, poor responsiveness, poor competency, poor product and a scam because after your site us infected and they will not fix, they will not refund your money. **Recommendations to others considering MalCare:** DO NOT USE. Since installing it we’ve saved countless hours. The plugin quickly gets rid of malware and viruses. We just click the button. There are lots of features, including login protection. So far it’s the best cleanup tool we’ve used and the site’s speed has really improved. **What do you dislike about MalCare?** Nothing really. We just installed the plugin and it works. It has a ton of hair on fire features which make this a great service for any wordpress site. Where do I start? It: 1. Scan's all your wordpress files to make sure no virus or malware are on any of them. 2. It monitors uptime and records any time your site has been offline! 3. It provides a robust firewall for your wordpress site. 4. It monitors your plugins and tell you which ones need updating 5. My favorite: the speed monitoring. It tells you how fast your site is, and gives you a detailed analysis of which file/code/plugin/etc is causing the slowdown. It's amazing! 6. It does even more stuff. Each time I log in I see a new feature I want to use. This app has become a mission critical part of my business! **What do you dislike about MalCare?** It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny! **Recommendations to others considering MalCare:** You can replace almost any other Wordpress security service with MalCare. Don't think you need another one..try this one first, and see how much it does. **What problems is MalCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** This solves my problem of having a snapshot of the health of my site at any given moment. The best part is that it's not just security, its speed, its updates, its a dashboard for my wordpress sites!
