"Reliable Tool for Scalable Email Outreach"
What do you like best about MailZak?

I like MailZak's automation and ease of use the most. Features like email sequencing, campaign tracking, and deliverability-focused setup make it simple to run effective outreach without a lot of manual work. I use MailZak for sending bulk emails, managing email campaigns, and automating outreach, which helps me create, schedule, and track email sequences efficiently. MailZak solves the problem of manual email outreach by automating campaigns, improving deliverability, and tracking performance. The initial setup was fairly easy and quick, with an intuitive interface that made setting up campaigns and sequences straightforward. Overall, it's a solid, reliable tool for email outreach and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailZak?

MailZak works well overall, but the analytics could be more detailed, and the UI could be a bit more polished. Adding more customization options for reports and templates would also improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Effective Automation"
What do you like best about MailZak?

I have been using MailZak for a while, and it's been a positive experience. The platform is quite easy to understand and doesn't feel overwhelming, even for someone without a technical background. With just decent knowledge of marketing, I can easily navigate it. The email automation is smooth, and the features are quite good compared to other platforms. I especially appreciate the contact management and segmentation tools, which help me send more targeted emails instead of the same message to everyone. The landing section is useful and clear, providing relevant data like open rate clicks and other important metrics, making it easier to understand automation outcomes. The simple UI makes it easy to use without spending much time figuring things out. The analytics dashboard is particularly helpful because it clearly shows opens, clicks, and performance, which helps me understand what's working. I can also perform A/B testing based on open rates, changing email headings or content as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailZak?

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load the website, which is a bit slow like the competitor Apollo. I Also think they could improve by adding more third-party integrations and some automation to directly export data and reports to platforms, like how SandRash connects with Lucas Studio.
