I also appreciate its automated workflow feature, which can set up automated processes based on specific events or times, enhancing customer engagement, reducing manual operations, and saving time and effort. Additionally, I like Mailify's contact management feature, which makes importing and exporting contacts very convenient and allows for segmentation based on customer attributes, purchasing behavior, etc., making it easier to develop personalized marketing plans. Template customization is limited: There are fewer standard form fields in the template, and if you want to add fields such as country, you need to do it manually.
