**What do you like best about MailDeck?**

The biggest upside is that MailDeck covers Microsoft 365 Outlook, Google Workspace, and Private SMTP under one provider. We started on Outlook tenants and later moved to the Diversified Stack, which let us match inbox type to audience segment without switching vendors. Inbox placement stays between 90-97% at 500K+ sends per month.

**What do you dislike about MailDeck?**

Nothing. It's a well-made product that fits our needs completely

**What problems is MailDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MailDeck solves cold email infrastructure at scale for our B2B data enrichment outbound. We send 500K+ emails per month across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SMTP inboxes without managing tenants, domains, or DNS ourselves. Deliverability holds at 90-97% and reply rate sits around 3.3%, which translates into several enterprise deals closed every week from cold outbound since December 2025.

**What do you like best about MailDeck?**

I like the support experience, the infrastructure quality, and the ability to send millions of emails per day. This is really simple to use and straightforward, the speed of delivery is fast and Maildeck is well integrated with other tools such as Instantly, Plusvibe and other sequencer providers.

**What do you dislike about MailDeck?**

I wish there were more features within the ecosystem, such as lead cleaning and lead verification.

MailDeck is helping to solve the challenge of managing large-scale email delivery with reliability and speed. It ensures high deliverability rates, stable infrastructure, and smooth integration with other marketing tools. This allows our team to focus on campaign performance instead of technical issues, saving time and improving overall communication efficiency.
