Straightforward Setup for Solid Cold Email Inboxes
Buying solid inboxes for cold email and getting them set up to send is really straightforward here. It shows me the sending math and recommends which email provider - smtp, outlook or google - to use based on who I’m emailing, so I didn’t have to guess which pricing plan made the most sense. I connected my domains and my sequencer, and within a couple of hours the inboxes were loaded and ready to go. Overall, I was really happy with how easy the whole process was.

MailDeck’s Pre-Warmed Inboxes Lowered Our Bounce Rate and Boosted Cold Email Results
We send a lot of cold email, and for a long time we didn’t have access to solid email verification. Our campaigns were stuck at a 5–7% bounce rate, which put strain on our in-house infrastructure and kept reply rates low. MailDeck provided pre-warmed inboxes at a price far below what it would have cost us to build and warm our own infrastructure from scratch.

Fast Outlook Premium Warm-Up and Reliable US IPs
Warming up our Outlook Premium tenants took five days, which was a pleasant surprise because I expected it to take weeks. We chose them mainly for the US IPs, and they delivered exactly what we needed. Support also deserves a mention. After the switch, our spam rate was high and we couldn’t figure out why. They explained that Outlook scans messages before delivery and was flagging ours because of the links and open pixels.
