I really like the team's ability to get on calls and kinda workshop a new idea. They're always trying to figure out how to improve the accuracy of the messaging that's going to our different cohorts of customers. They're willing to leverage their tech to essentially bring our ideas to life, and that's super cool and rare. The team availability has been extremely helpful, not only in setting up the tool but also in continuing to help make it leverage our goals within email and SMS marketing. The segments they use and the flows they set up have increased overall revenue attributed to email and SMS pretty instantly. When we come with fresh ideas, they're always willing to jump in and figure out how to make it happen. Mailability's strong tech founders are delivering a really sophisticated solution for us as an DTC/eCommerce Beauty brand. Our email & SMS segments went from static to dynamic; our non-active customer profiles are being revived and turning into revenues. "AI" is a catchy marketing word, but the proof is in the pudding... we're getting higher revenues and incremental/new revenues from the additional flows they created for us.
