Magnolia comes with a ton of features like any other CMS tool in the market. The one thing that distinguishes this product from its competitors is the ability to develop custom features for enterprise grade applications. Magnolia CMS is not so difficult to learn. The learning curve is not that high as long as you know the basics. It has a lack of dashboard for administration and no workflow information is shown. Implementations in the admin user interface are quite difficult. Migration from previous releases is expensive and hard. Some of its version is not compatible with its older versions. If you want to uninstall any module it would be messy.
