The initial learning curve can be significant. Because the system is highly configurable and covers a lot of ground, it takes real time for staff to understand where everything is and how it all fits together. I like that Maestro SIS has a fresh interface that is easy to use. The customizable screens in the different modules are really helpful, allowing individuals doing different jobs to move items around and make their tasks easier.
