Is a set and forget solution. It just works. If you do your duties/baclups regularly Reflect will be ther when you need it. The support is algo great. To the point and reliable. Given said that I am not too much happy with the new licesing scheme that if you stop paying them then your software stop fully working. I'll gladly pay a yearly subscription only if Reflect deliver true new and innovative features yearly otherwise regretfully I'll have to search for alternatives as good as Refect.
