**What do you like best about Mackerel?**

Easy to set up and configure. Up to date with less maintenance. Good ability to monitor services with multiple advanced features to tackle high demand workloads. It can easily be integrated with current setup leading to frequent use.

**What do you dislike about Mackerel?**

Would expect faster customer support with solution. Implementation can be made better.

**What problems is Mackerel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Network is the key point while handling production support services, Mackerel is helping with checking network capacity with frequent checkpoints to tackle network frequency drop, letting business run smoothly.
