Lynxify.me Reviews & Product Details

Lynxify is a 360-degree employee feedback software that replaces manual coordination via email, forms, and spreadsheets with a structured, automated process. Administrators can define reviewees, select participants like peers and managers, and set evaluation criteria tailored to organizational needs. The platform handles response collection, progress tracking, and summary generation automatically, with participants submitting feedback on their own schedules. Anonymous response options encourage honest input, while aggregated scores highlight strengths and gaps. Role-based access controls ensure confidentiality, showing users only relevant data. The consolidated summary combines written feedback and scores into a comprehensive report. Lynxify's three-step workflow creates requests, collects submissions, and reviews summaries. Built for teams of 30–200, Lynxify delivers the structure of enterprise feedback tools without the complexity or cost.
