In my early interaction with Luz and the competitor insight platform, it was clear that the information gained would become a vital part of running the day to day of our operations. First, getting an understanding of where our brand stands in the market and seeing the potential was both motivating and insightful. Second, we are able to eliminate the guesswork that goes into product development and the unknowns within a first-time order of a new product segment. Really excited for the future with this one. No one needs to take time to try to make sense of the retail landscape anymore. Luz provides it to you. This gives clear and actionable data for products and for the overall consumer behavior on a daily basis. Wholesalers, retailers can no longer go without having access to this. With the info obtained via Luz we have started new categories, changed our marketing strategy, and were able to improve pricing strategies. I cannot recommend this enough to peers in the industry. Data quality is very good for large brands and can be a little bit challenging for smaller. Historic data availability is limited (Luz is a new company).
