Luppa is a commercial and post-sale management platform built specifically for custom furniture stores in Brazil. From the first lead to the final installation, Luppa centralizes the entire customer journey in one place. The commercial module handles leads, pipeline stages, and customer communication — including chat and batch actions — while the post-sale pipeline tracks each project through six stages: inspection, fabrication, assembly, post-assembly, and completion. Each environment has its own deadline management, so nothing falls through the cracks. A global search engine (Lupa) gives teams instant access to any customer, project, or conversation across the platform. Luppa is multi-tenant by design, built for teams of all sizes, and hosted on Brazilian infrastructure to comply with LGPD data privacy requirements. **What do you like best about Luppa?**

Luppa is a software that completely changed how I manage my custom furniture store. Before, I needed several different tools to handle my business. Now, everything is centralized in just one platform.

**What do you dislike about Luppa?**

I think the main missing feature is a WhatsApp integration in the chat. Having that would make communication with customers even more seamless.

**What problems is Luppa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main change is that before I had to use multiple systems to manage my sales pipeline, my after-sales process, and the generation and management of orders and pricing. Today, I use just one software for all of that.
