Lumo360 Reviews & Product Details

Lumo360 runs a spoken, adaptive first-round interview with every applicant. It builds a competency framework from your job description, which your team reviews before the role goes live. The AI interviewer asks follow-up questions based on each answer and scores every competency, linking each score to the exact transcript moments behind it. A recruiter reviews every result before anyone moves forward. Lumo360 does not infer or score candidates' emotions; it assesses job-related competencies only. Pricing is credit-based and published: pay as you go or buy bundles, with only completed interviews charged, and new companies get 25 free credits.
