Not much. Recruitment for very specific roles can take a little longer, but the talent quality always exceeds expectations.

The onboarding process, which could feel slightly overwhelming/took a bit longer to get started than I hoped at first due to the depth of integration required and ensuring our specialist was the right fit. But nonetheless great things take time!

We cannot recommend LTVPlus and Clement enough! Their team has been instrumental in helping us tackle the challenge of failed payments in our business. Any changes that need to be made to an already existing procedure are made swiftly and correctly.

**What do you dislike about LTVplus?**

The internet connection that some agents have does become an issue for phone communication from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering LTVplus:**

Take a look at your day to day and ask yourself, can I delegate this to an administrative professional easily so that others can gain more bandwidth. If so, LTV can and will learn this task, create an internal training program, and implement an agent in your operation with ease.

**What problems is LTVplus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LTV has proven to be a valuable asset to our operation. Their team of administrative professionals manages both inbound and outbound customer communications, including phone and email. Our internal team works closely with LTV on a daily basis to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They have been a tremendous addition to our operation.

**What do you like best about LTVplus?**

The flexibility of the business model and I REALLY like that we have an internal point person (Kadean) who has been very attentive, responsive, and committed to providing an A+ service.

**What do you dislike about LTVplus?**

So far everything has been great. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the turnaroudn time to sourcing talent (but understand that cant necessarily be an instant thing)

**What problems is LTVplus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

building out processes and infrastructure for our Customer Success department for our firm. Finding a quality team member that can help develop said infrastructrue so we can continue to effectviely scale

The agents are trained well, kind, intelligent, and genuinely motivated to help and do an amazing job. All the agents have been wonderful and Kim is amazing to work with!

Nothing that I can think of, everything is great!

Don't hesitate! It will make your life so much easier!

LTV has been great to help with our staffing needs, especially around temporary staffing needs for big events and holidays.
