The lack of visibility - it is tricky to understand how your budget is being allocated within a campaign. In order for brands to make sound business decisions with LTK and treat partners fairly, they should really pull back the curtain on influencer pricing sheets. Also, the highly manual nature of campaign management - spreadsheets galore! It's unfortunate that participating on LTK now has a fee associated. In years prior, brands were able to be on the platform for free and pay commission only. This is different than other affiliate networks we work with and not ideal as the ROI has changed significantly with this change. At some early launch stages for different clients, we had questions about the different services and prices and the team always wanted to jump on the phone and give us the same pitch when all we needed was things laid out basically in an email so that it was easily digestible. I think finding the influencers is on the easier side. There are filters that we would like added, but in general is good to find new influencers in different platforms.
