It's a stable and reliable system that does it's job without problems or lot of manual fiddling or handling. You can easy handle all your printer management in SAP S4/HANA and replicate your printers between different SAP environments without problems. The customer support is also good. It can be tricky to integrate and the implementation isn't that obvious. The Web page GUI seems to be a little outdated and I'm missing keyboard commands. It's a lot of mouse clicking.
