We manage around 3000 printers for SAP application, and Business cannot lose a single label. VPSX was the only system that provided us High Availabilit features in such way that the switch is so good that users do not realize about it. The implementation was quite easy, and administration possibilities are quite huge. We can delegate administrative permissions over printers to factories safely. Our local support is extremely good (thanks Diego!), and has greatly helped over issues during last SAP upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The only downside would be the additional cost of a management suite, but we feel the cost is justified based on the amount of time saved by utilizing the VPSX suite. For Epic, it eliminated the use of Windows print drivers. I managed Epic printing for years using Windows print queues and VPSX is more efficient and has far less errors than the Windows drivers had. The unix based VPSX print solution from LRS is robust and supports global enterprise wide printing requirements. This product has been in our environment for many years with no major downtime and had overall great experience. Print management administration via a simple web user-interface is simple and efficient. Affiliate printing functionality works well eliminating the need for setting up costly network and print infrastructure at third party locations. LRS Technical support is outstanding.
