LOU is visually appealing, that is what drew us to LOU in the first place. It does what is claims and the people behind it are top-notch. I love that Lou understands the industry. All of the features make sense for the way we run our business. The accounting side takes a bit of getting used to. It's very different from what we used before. The quick visibility I'm used to from our previous software takes more digging in Lou to find. The efficiency that LOU offers my team and me is great. We went from working on spreadsheets and multiple apps to now a small handful. LOU is very easy to use. One of the best features of LOU is the kits, both static and dynamic. The kits can really save time on adding items to an invoice.
