LOU is very easy to use. One of the best features of LOU is the kits, both static and dynamic. The kits can really save time on adding items to an invoice. We switched to LOU because we needed a system to handle inventory. In the pool and spa industry, pools and spas do not get delivered to the customer on the day of purchase. Sales orders reserve inventory for customers, showing what is on hand, what is reserved, and what is available.
