## About vFound
With vFound’s online lost and found software, manage lost and found property, chat with customers and organize returns in one dashboard. vFound is an enterprise company providing a lost and found software to improve companies’ lost and found process by emphasizing the importance of photos. \*\*What makes vFound Lost and Found Software different?\*\* We have studied numerous reviews of people losing items at a venue and how that relates to customer experience. Major lost and found software lack transparency and still rely on submitting boring long forms irrespective if the item was found or not. What if the customers could simply see the photo of the item they lost? Imagine the relief that would bring. How It Works? • It all starts with taking a photo • Image gets published on your branded customer-facing website • Reunite customers with their items Using vFound's Lost and Found Software, you do not give false hopes to your customers. It's either there or its not.

## vFound Reviews
 ### 1. Enables timely response to customers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarek N. | Chief Project Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about vFound?**

I must say that vFound lost and found software is an improvement over the manual system we used to apply. The lost and found feature should be centralized so that all the items are easily tracked and the chat feature helps customers get in touch.

**What do you dislike about vFound?**

It is also not clear why vFound has problems finding a faces image. It’s irrational because I have examples where the system doesn’t scan obvious images of objects people often lose.

**What problems is vFound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFound revolutionizes our lost and found process British killings, cutting out the papers, and having the records being done in a more organized manner. From the centralized processing dashboard, all reported lost and found items are visible at a glance.

 ### 2. Substantially decreased the number of abandoned objects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omer S. | IT Project Manager, Business Supplies and Equipment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about vFound?**

vFound’s lost and found has been instrumental in handling items that are lost within our premises. This centres the process around photos which makes it easy to use for the staff and customers.

**What do you dislike about vFound?**

vFound lacks features such as lost and found trending reports, and even analyzing data to figure out the most common lost items. This makes it hard to solve for the inherent problems that causes items to be lost in the first place.

**What problems is vFound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFound improves the lost and found systems by shifting focus to identification through visual means. These shorten descriptions for the items which makes the that can be quite time consuming for the customers as well as the work load on the staff members.

 ### 3. Eracted our lost and found problem

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guey J. | HR Manager, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about vFound?**

vFound focus on photos allows staff and customers to recognize the belongings they have lost far better. The customer-side web interface enables users to browse through the photos and reclaim lost property within the shortest time.

**What do you dislike about vFound?**

Only the possibility of further data analysis is missing in detail. The absence of these ideas hinders the assessment of the system efficiency and the definition of improvement perspectives.

**What problems is vFound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFound largely eradicates the problems of papers forms and records in managing lost found in our organization. This photo-oriented approach is therefore advantageous to staffs and customers; the latter in terms of the time taken to locate lost items.
