The lost and found feature should be centralized so that all the items are easily tracked and the chat feature helps customers get in touch. **What do you dislike about vFound?** It is also not clear why vFound has problems finding a faces image. It’s irrational because I have examples where the system doesn’t scan obvious images of objects people often lose. **What problems is vFound solving and how is that benefiting you?** vFound revolutionizes our lost and found process British killings, cutting out the papers, and having the records being done in a more organized manner.
