**What do you like best about Lorikeet Security?**

I appreciate that Lorikeet Security is affordable and they can deliver results within two weeks. They focus on human relationships, being super responsive to emails and able to answer any questions I have. Whenever we need a one-time cyber audit, they step in and know what virus characteristics to look for. After a cyber incident, they provide reports detailing what went wrong, how the threat actor got in, what to do to prevent it, and even more. They effectively accomplished all our needs, from audit results to recommendations for improvement. I feel encouraged by the deliverable results they offer.

**What do you dislike about Lorikeet Security?**

I'd love if they offered ongoing retainer models that would allow organizations like cyber insurance but to have same day response instead of one time scope projects.

**What problems is Lorikeet Security solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lorikeet Security for cyber audits. They deliver affordable, timely results, identifying issues and suggesting best practices. They're super responsive, explaining incidents and detailing future prevention. They minimize attack surfaces by updating security measures.

**What do you like best about Lorikeet Security?**

I used Lorikeet Security for a PTaaS pentest and briefly tried out their ASM tool, which was amazing. I appreciate the fast tests and the accuracy of the findings. Their team was super helpful, and everything was done through a modern interface. The penetration test on my web app was amazing, helping us to scope out compliance needs and enhance our security posture. I really value how fast and easy everything is through their PTaaS portal/software, and their 'white glove' touch is impressive. The report summary, live chat, asset management, and live quoting features of the PTAAS portal stand out for me, contributing to a 10/10 experience. I also like how modern the service feels, its ease of use, and the supportive and good team behind it.

There was nothing to change - they are truly changing the pentest game with their new portal clients can use.
