LoomDeck is an agency operating system for marketing agencies. It connects HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Xero, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and GA4 into one operating screen: revenue, delivery, pipeline, team utilisation, and client risk. Its margin autopsy reconciles time logs, invoices, and ad spend per client and prices the profit leaks it finds: unbilled hours, scope creep, overdue invoices, and wasted media spend. A rule-based alert engine watches revenue drops, margin slips, retainer risk, and quiet client channels. LoomDeck sits on top of the tools an agency already runs, it does not replace them.
