The suggestions powered by AI are inaccurate which consumes me time and effort. The less user friendly interface and hectic integration with Microsoft Word make it difficult to use. **What do you dislike about Loio?** Whether its catching typos, providing poor phrasing options or flagging legal concerns Loio is not always there to support me. Its like having an disorganised and independable assistant right by my side. The inconvenience of using it within Word without any steps is also obstructive. **What problems is Loio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that Loio has its limitations in terms of functionality and features. It lacks editing tools, which hinders efficiency when working with documents. The customer support leaves something to be desired with slow response times and unhelpful solutions. ### 2. It's not impressive how inaccurate this tool is, in identifying errors and suggesting improvements in time. The customer support team is not ready to assist and solve any concerns promptly. Having the latest legislative directives is essential, due to the importance of each term that is drafted in the contracts. **What do you dislike about Loio?** As a legal professional, I perform contract review daily. The price is high, but above all, I would like to be able to incorporate the possibility of converting drafts sometimes made by my clients to save time. **What problems is Loio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The addition and verification of legislation in contracts. The standardization and the possibility of using WORD with the addition of the Loio tool, which is super efficient. It fails to enable us to close deals at a pace. Helps the urgency of our larger sales -Easy plugin to the MS Office suite we use **What do you dislike about Loio?** -Some more customized features and delivering new features at a quicker pace would be appreciated. That being said, the time this tool saves us pays for itself in being able to close larger deals quicker - so we can deal with these for now. **What problems is Loio solving and how is that benefiting you?** -If you have limited legal resources or your legal team is always backed up (pretty standard), then this can help speed up the process a lot.
