What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore? The use of Apple DEP is a little bit more tricky because of the certificates being used. But that is more of an Apple thing than a Miradore issue. Any lost devices can be easily blocked or wiped using Miradore. It is also useful to help people connect their phone to a WiFi network, or push e-mail settings to the device. The most helpful aspect of Miradore is its ease of use and reliable setup. It allows me to see what devices are not taking the IOS updates so I can send out reminder emails. I like that I can push out Apps to all or just a select few of our Apple devices and it is a great way to keep an inventory of all our mobile devices. It would be great if it offered the ability to remote control devices so as to allow us to see what the end-user is seeing. I liked the simplicity combined with effectiveness while applying structure to the pool of used devices. At the first glance could not distinguish similar devices from each other, but then added names in 'tags' field and it allowed to label and sort them appropriately. We have a mix of problems to solve, one of which is to protect devices and data from being accessed by bad players. A computer being accessed requires remote tools to be locked and wiped. Miradore proves convenient tools to solve that particular problem. Remote management is also a huge advantage in comparison to previous situation. I love the ease of tracking any devices that are lost or stolen. The support team is also another great thing that we can always count on. Any questions we had they 99% of the time knew the answer on the spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore? When we configure more than 150 devices in one day, the system seems to block and we need to wait for the following day for it to complete the work. Also, when updating a setting that requires over 2000 devices to get updated, the site seems to struggle a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Miradore: Make sure you understand that even though there are glitches, it's often caused by Apple or Android that are doing their updates that cause a blockage for Miradore. What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking is a HUGE thing that helps find lost devices. There are many competitors out there, but none is as efficient as Miradore. We have a high turnover rate and the User management is helpful as sometimes we can confuse ourselves as to who was assigned which tablet or phone using other systems. Mirdaore was easy to use and I found it to be a great tool to enable me to better manage the fleet of tablets my company utilizes. Miradore was the best option among the available MDM options due to its cost and its ease of use. Miradore's ability to set applications to Whitelist and or Blacklist was a phenomenal tool. I can't even begin to explain the number of users that functionality gave us, working in a factory Miradore provided us with a back-level security blanket to ensure that even the most tech-savvy members of our production team were not going to be able to utilize the system with ill-gain. Before Miradore as an MDM solution, we had faced an issue with our end-level users being able to access the functionality of the tablet not quite intended for them to be able to access. Once we installed Miradore, we were able to whitelist the allowed applications while blacklisting any and everything else, keeping production delays to a minimum.
