The ease of managing all of our mobile devices. Really enjoy having the automatic updating for apps and OS on all of our phones/tablets. Takes away the need of relying on end-users to keep their phones up to date. Also, like how easy it is to set up and deploy new phones. Went through a few vendors and overall Miradore has the best functionality and reliability. I've tried other MDM software before but nothing as comprehensive as Miradore. The ability to fully control what apps are available/installed is great. The QR Code setup means the device can be pretty much configured without much user intervention.

I also like the ability to wipe the device including locking code and accounts which haven't happened on other MDMs meaning the need to return tablets to Samsung to be unlocked.

The use of Apple DEP is a little bit more tricky because of the certificates being used. But that is more of an Apple thing than a Miradore issue. I love the ease of tracking any devices that are lost or stolen. The support team is also another great thing that we can always count on. Any questions we had they 99% of the time knew the answer on the spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we configure more than 150 devices in one day, the system seems to block and we need to wait for the following day for it to complete the work. Miradore was easy to use and I found it to be a great tool to enable me to better manage the fleet of tablets my company utilizes. Miradore was the best option among the available MDM options due to its cost and its ease of use. Miradore's ability to set applications to Whitelist and or Blacklist was a phenomenal tool. I can't even begin to explain the number of users that functionality gave us, working in a factory Miradore provided us with a back-level security blanket to ensure that even the most tech-savvy members of our production team were not going to be able to utilize the system with ill-gain.
