What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?

Miradore is quite powerful, and is also pretty intuitive once one understands the basic concepts of MDM. They offer fantastic customer support. I am always able to receive a speedy reply from one particular support rep who has amazed me with his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and that the product is working for us properly, even if a problem arises that is completely outside of Miradore control. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Miradore?

I wish that there were more tools for managing Windows computers. They are always adding new features, so hopefully, they will add more features for managing Windows in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great for managing devices like smartphones and tablets but is a little more limited than some other options when it comes to Windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use a lot of Android tablets in our warehouse and we had no way to centrally manage them or deploy applications to them. It was a real pain. Using Miradore, we can set them up quickly and remotely deploy applications to them. The users also can't mess with any of the settings. It has made managing our fleet of tablets extremely easy. Miradore has a simple web interface, admins can setup 2FA, supports multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS). Enrollment can be done with few steps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?

MIradore is not a robust platform. It lacks preconfigured policies so that admin can perform an easy setup on devices. Reports have a limited number of columns. API does not seem secure enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
