The ease of setting up and intergrating into our protocols was surprisingly simple. The number of features offered is what led to our institution use our iPads everyday without worring about any straying for the students. It has a tendency to change the Administrative password without prompting or notice. I am always able to receive a speedy reply from one particular support rep who has amazed me with his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and that the product is working for us properly, even if a problem arises that is completely outside of Miradore control. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** I don't really have any complaints with Miradore. Having tried the likes of Soti and being bitterly dissapointed. I found Miradore and their team to be a total breath of fresh air. The ability to fully control what apps are available/installed is great. The QR Code setup means the device can be pretty much configured without much user intervention. I also like the ability to wipe the device including locking code and accounts which haven't happened on other MDMs meaning the need to return tablets to Samsung to be unlocked. It has lots of features, but still you learn how to use them very fast. We register all our mobile devies with Miradore; Phones, tablets and laptops. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** The use of Apple DEP is a little bit more tricky because of the certificates being used. But that is more of an Apple thing than a Miradore issue. Once you figure out how MDM works in general (sometimes with the help of a friendly support staff), you're pretty much set - this is veey useful for smaller companies **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** There's a minimum number of licenses you need to purchase - 15 licenses. You might not need to track that many devices or machines. At the same time, it helps with ensuring all your devices are truly managed. **Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Miradore:** If you need an affordable solution that helps you control your mobile devices, this is it. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems we solve is primarily enabling kiosk mode on shares devices and keeping a tab on all the machines we give out. This helps us react much quicker to damaged or lost devices. ### 32. All in all it has everything that we need other than the remote control feature. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved the problem with updating applications rather that having to put hands on the devices we update apps with just a few click of a button. Gladly, now I have a convenient tool to maintain order and security control over different devices. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** At the first glance could not distinguish similar devices from each other, but then added names in 'tags' field and it allowed to label and sort them appropriately. **Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Miradore:** That is a simple and an effective tool to use. Also, I have read some very positive reviewes when was comparing similar solutions. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a mix of problems to solve, one of which is to protect devices and data from being accessed by bad players. A computer being accessed requires remote tools to be locked and wiped. Miradore proves convenient tools to solve that particular problem. Remote management is also a huge advantage in comparison to previous situation. Integration with TeamViewer could be another additional advantage in a distributed environment. ### 35. The support team is also another great thing that we can always count on. Any questions we had they 99% of the time knew the answer on the spot. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** When we configure more than 150 devices in one day, the system seems to block and we need to wait for the following day for it to complete the work. Also, when updating a setting that requires over 2000 devices to get updated, the site seems to struggle a bit. **Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Miradore:** Make sure you understand that even though there are glitches, it's often caused by Apple or Android that are doing their updates that cause a blockage for Miradore. Others, the technical team (Jay in particular) and Mike are fantastic support for us to get anything we need. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking is a HUGE thing that helps find lost devices. There are many competitors out there, but none is as efficient as Miradore. We have a high turnover rate and the User management is helpful as sometimes we can confuse ourselves as to who was assigned which tablet or phone using other systems. ### 36. Miradore was the best option among the available MDM options due to its cost and its ease of use. Miradore's ability to set applications to Whitelist and or Blacklist was a phenomenal tool. I can't even begin to explain the number of users that functionality gave us, working in a factory Miradore provided us with a back-level security blanket to ensure that even the most tech-savvy members of our production team were not going to be able to utilize the system with ill-gain. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** Miradore could not remote connect to the tablets to manage them from the platform itself, this, however, was rectified with the use of iAmazing in conjunction with miradore **Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Miradore:** If you have MDM needs, Miradore will easily meet those at a very cost-effective price point. I dare try to think back to a life where I wasn't utilizing Miradore to assist me in my MDM needs and all I can see is darkness. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Miradore as an MDM solution, we had faced an issue with our end-level users being able to access the functionality of the tablet not quite intended for them to be able to access. Once we installed Miradore, we were able to whitelist the allowed applications while blacklisting any and everything else, keeping production delays to a minimum. This enabled us to better monitor the users and keep a watchful eye over anyone who may have tried to circumvent the system. ### 37.
