One of the best things about Logikcull is their support team. I make frequent use of the "chat" option and have been incredibly impressed with the quick responses and how helpful everyone is. I also appreciate that the contents of the chat are then e-mailed to me so that I can save the information as needed. Another great aspect is that if you ask about a feature that is not yet available, that information is recorded and considered for the next updates. The program is extremely easy to use, but when we've run into questions, my first stop before the support team is always Logikcull's very thorough step-by-step instructions and videos. In terms of actually reviewing documents, I like the ability to be able to customize what widgets are most helpful to have across your screen. And I think it's also a great feature to have not just the duplications option, but the "similar documents" option - really speeds up review time to be able to take a look at multiple similar documents at once. For the most part we are able to do what we need to do in Logikcull and it has well-served our needs. We have run into a few small issues that are more "wants" than "needs" where occasionally it would be nice if we could search by X or some other minor issue. But again, Logickull is constantly working on new features and considering the requests and wants/needs of its customers. The bottom line is that Logikcull enables us to do what we need to do efficiently and effectively; there may be additional bells or whistles that would be nice, but there's nothing that I feel is any sort of impediment. Document evaluation is rarely enjoyable, but Logikcull made it simpler. The papers load rapidly, and the labeling and categorization tools are straightforward. I really loved the strong support team that was available through the chat option. They are always listening to their clients and improving the software. It would be fantastic if this product had a dark mode. Some of the documents were difficult to read owing to low camera quality. If it is possible to reverse the colors in order to parse those papers, it would be an excellent feature to investigate. If such a feature exists, I was unable to locate it. We were able to coordinate and complete our assignment on time for the customer. Our case contained hundreds of thousands of documents, and our paralegals were able to use the program to deliver the review assignments to the attorneys swiftly and properly.
