They appreciate the ease of use, the filter panels, and the ability to quickly and easily add fields and tags. I like the Upload feature -- naming and tracking each upload / dataset. On smaller matters, I don't need to use or offer (to my clients) the more advanced features available in tools like Relativity; Logikcull gives me all the admin and reporting features I need.
