When I first started working in Logikcull I had a hard deadline and didn't have time for training. I was able to teach myself how to use it rather easily, which says a lot about the platform, given that I grew up in an era before the internet and cell phones and admittedly struggle with tech every now and then. I've learned many new tools it offers in the past three years and I'm able to upload, review, and produce anything from it in various different ways. What do you dislike about Logikcull? One limitation I’ve encountered with Logikcull is the lack of Bates numbering when exporting a production as a single PDF. When delivering a large document—say, 2,500 pages—it becomes difficult for clients to reference specific pages, as there are no stamped identifiers like “page 1234” to guide the conversation outside the platform. Adding an option to generate a single PDF with Bates numbers would greatly enhance usability and communication. The problems that Logikcull solves, is that right off the bat it dedupes literally thousands of emails and documents before you even begin your review. This saves hours of time that it would take to review emails and documents, because Logikcull removes all the duplicates. Also, the searching capability that Logikcull has, where you can customize your searches by adding various levels of exactly what you want to search for, which uploads and/or tagged documents you do or don't want to look through, which allows you to ultimately end up with your desired result. Logikcull is a very user friendly platform with many useful features -- from running productions, my various document review needs, importing and exporting, tagging, and everything else in between. I started using Logikcull with no training and got the hang of it very quick, and would say the same for everyone at my firm. The quick customer service response time makes that especially easy. I use it all the time for large matters and small. I also like the ability to share with outside parties for free because our clients need to upload things sometimes. The redactions feature isn't very user friendly, I'd like to see more AI integration, and sometimes opening/closing matters is difficult and stressful because it's hard to see how many matters we have active in our plan if you aren't the account administrator.
