The product had to be very well understood in order to work with it; many models, thousands of options, and infinite possibilities. Without a doubt, we have all become true experts of our product to make the most of the project, and this has been reflected in the incredible result. From the first moment we decided to bet on them, we understood that what they were going to offer us, we wouldn't find anywhere else. **What do you dislike about LogiCommerce?** Sometimes, especially at the beginning, we have experienced some technical difficulties due to the level of customization, but the LogiCommerce technical support team has always been available to help us and resolve them. **What problems is LogiCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the 3D Customizer, we ensure that some models have restrictions between different parts. For example, that only one part of the shoe can be configured if a specific value of another part has been selected, or that certain variations are automatically applied when selecting a part. It also features a system that allows generating a URL from an already configured model so that the client can share it with other users or even on Social Media, generating an image of the personalized model with the appropriate dimensions for the user to publish it, for example, on Instagram as a Post or a Story. Additionally, through this very URL, the client could make design modifications and even generate other URLs from these modifications. ### 2. The support team is incredible, and they have always resolved any issues and problems I have had. They also helped me with the integration of my ERP software, also connected with Mailerlite with their API, and I also have the Doofinder search engine working in Logicommerce, which is a must. You can customize all your reports, creating products is very easy, and you have tons of great features. Logicommerce is 100% recommended. **What do you dislike about LogiCommerce?** I have been using Logicommerce for about 20 years, seen all the evolution of the software and I am really glad I started working with them from day one. We are vey happy. **What problems is LogiCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we started looking for an eCommerce platform, it was difficult to find one that met all of our requirements, until we found LogiCommerce. It's a SaaS, which, unlike open source, gives us a very robust and very secure platform. This was very important to us. We discarded open source solutions, such as PrestaShop or Magento due to security problems and incompatibility between plugins. The Back Office of LogiCommerce made day-to-day management easy because it is so intuitive, unlike Magento's Back Office, which is very complex and difficult to manage. The price was also very important to us and LogiCommerce is very affordable and super transparent about the costs of the platform. Other platforms that we were reviewing had a high cost of maintenance, high monthly license costs and/or revenue share like VTEX and Shopify. ### 18.
