What do you like best about LogiCommerce?

We were very clear that not just any software could be capable of integrating a Customizer with the quality and precision we envisioned from the start. The product had to be very well understood in order to work with it; many models, thousands of options, and infinite possibilities. Without a doubt, we have all become true experts of our product to make the most of the project, and this has been reflected in the incredible result. What do you dislike about LogiCommerce?

Sometimes, especially at the beginning, we have experienced some technical difficulties due to the level of customization, but the LogiCommerce technical support team has always been available to help us and resolve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogiCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the 3D Customizer, we ensure that some models have restrictions between different parts. For example, that only one part of the shoe can be configured if a specific value of another part has been selected, or that certain variations are automatically applied when selecting a part. It also features a system that allows generating a URL from an already configured model so that the client can share it with other users or even on Social Media, generating an image of the personalized model with the appropriate dimensions for the user to publish it, for example, on Instagram as a Post or a Story. What do you like best about LogiCommerce?

Logicommerce is very easy to use, plus they have an excellent HELP section, with tutorials, videos and a search box to find just what you need. The support team is incredible, and they have always resolved any issues and problems I have had. They also helped me with the integration of my ERP software, also connected with Mailerlite with their API, and I also have the Doofinder search engine working in Logicommerce, which is a must.
