The speed! We did not know what to expect, as it was a leap of faith for us, but we got everything we asked for in no time.

There's nothing to complain about. The team is great to work with, and our requests are addressed almost immediately.

Navigating around the platform is easy and straightforward. Continuous direct support and immediate response if issue do occur

Reporting is not accessible from the telephony platform

To manage the high volume of enquiries by handling the repetitive enquiries so our agents can are available to manage and provide support for more complex enquiries that need the help of a human advisor.
To provide customer access to answers outside of office hours.

**What do you like best about Logicdialog?**

Logicdialog excels in the task repetition. It also answers simple questions at the most saving me from complicated ones. This is an impressive speed of response, which decreases customer wait time.

**What do you dislike about Logicdialog?**

There are times when customers ask certain questions and others that are more context-sensitive. In such instances, Logicdialog fails, as it offers generic answers that do not resonate with the situation. This leaves the customer frustrated and unsatisfied.

**What problems is Logicdialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logicdialog allows me to clear tons of those annoying follow-up emails that customers send out of sheer boredom. I just save the time I could be dedicating to activities that add value to the business relationship with the customer.

The analytics elements and the visual builder, as it means there is no need to have vast IT knowledge to be able to use it

Sometimes getting timescales for non-bespoke build work that’s on their roadmap is difficult.

It answers 90% of our emails automatically and frees our teams time for more valuable work. The drag/drop interface means we have complete control without needing technical knowledge.

Nothing really, it does what it says - automates communications.

We answer thousands of repetitive enquiries via email, phone and livechat. Logicdialog sits like a layer of first defense automation in front of these channels, only passing complex or sensitive issues to our agents. The rest it handles instantly and accurately.
