Better training- Refresher training

More effective geo tagging based travel distance captured by the App based on the address- Locus should pick up Lat Long based on the address- Today google can do the same, Automate the same in the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great product and features. Helped us streamline the hub processes and create good plans for riders to follow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Locus?

The technical support and technical resolution. Extremely slow technical resolutions given by the tech team to burning issues of our business. TAT was extremely high and the data presented to our stakeholders suffered because of it for an entire quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
