I like how Locus brings different parts of the transportation workflow into one platform. Various Model of Route planning, dispatch, allocation, and delivery visibility are much easier to manage when the information is available in one place. It is also very easy to create and assign routes for vehicles, which helps reduce manual effort for the operations team. The ability to view key operational insights and performance metrics in one place makes it easier to monitor execution, identify issues, and respond quickly to changes. Since Locus offers a wide range of features, it can take some time for new users to get familiar with the navigation. Some screens could be made more intuitive, with simpler navigation and more flexibility to customize dashboards and insights. This would make it easier to quickly find the required information, especially when managing multiple operations or markets. Also since it deals with a lot of data, some screens take a lot of time to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
