**What do you like best about Locktivity?**

Locktivity enables our small but growing team to manage security and vendor risk like a much larger enterprise. It allowed us to effortlessly catalog our third-party vendors, assess and monitor risk, and confidently build a prioritized, risk-first security roadmap. Their Trust Center gives us a polished and complete response to client security questionnaires—accelerating deal cycles and earning trust with enterprise clients. What used to take hours now takes minutes, with higher quality outcomes. Locktivity’s approach stands out because it eliminates busywork and focuses on what actually matters: measurable risk reduction.

**What do you dislike about Locktivity?**

There’s a natural learning curve for non-security specific admins to catch up with the language and rituals -- annual reviews and assessments of vendors -- involved in risk mitigation. That said, the Locktivity team was highly responsive and helpful during onboarding, and we felt supported throughout the process.

**What problems is Locktivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Locktivity helps us solve the challenge of managing third-party vendor risk and presenting a credible, organized security posture to enterprise clients. As a smaller firm working with Fortune 500 companies, we need to meet increasingly complex and demanding security review processes. Locktivity enables us to maintain a clean, up-to-date vendor catalog, assign risk levels, and confidently respond to detailed client questionnaires—often with little or no customization needed. Our hosted Trust Center reduces turnaround time and builds confidence with clients. Most importantly, Locktivity gave us a prioritized, risk-first roadmap for maturing our internal security practices without getting buried in checklists or frameworks.
