## About LocalHop
Founded in 2015, LocalHop is a SaaS platform serving hundreds of libraries and organizations, including individual libraries and statewide consortiums. It brings together calendars and community calendars for scheduling and event promotion, room reservation with an optional digital lock integration for self-service meeting and study room access, and ILS validation so only verified patrons can book rooms or redeem passes. Its activity pass programs — including the Michigan Activity Pass and Iowa Adventure Pass — give patrons free or discounted access to local museums, parks, and attractions. LocalHop has worked at both the individual-library and consortium level systems
