**What do you like best about LOANLEDGER?**

It was fine, it did the job just fine for us. It had a few bugs, like having to update it every year for the IRS Tax doc printing but other than that, it was a good software application. It's no longer around though so we use a different software now.

**What do you dislike about LOANLEDGER?**

As mentioned above, the update for the IRS Tax docs every year was not fun because it held us up until it happened. We couldn't print our docs until it happened., that part was frustrating. 
Some things weren't user-friendly for what we needed it for, but it might have been for other people's usage.

**What problems is LOANLEDGER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software company is no longer in business so we aren't solving any problems with it nor are we benefiting from it anymore.
