Easy-to-use software for learning and managing the training and onboarding of new employees. We rely on LMS to complete the new hire assessment and skill assessments to gauge the new hire's suitability and accountability to the role assigned. LMS or Learning Management System is used primarily for training purposes. It houses all the training requirements and is used for new staff onboarding and training assignments. Staff complete their training in LMS and their training record is kept for training compliance purposes and can be presented as proof of training documentation during audits. LMS sometimes has glitches and staff is not able to open training assignments or sign for training they have completed, making the training overdue in the system and thus showing negative training compliance for the staff member and company metrics. I like that LMS because it helps manage my training, it tells me about the roles systems and procedures, I love the quizzes, Exams & Certifications, the live virtual trainings and also the learning and development pathways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
