We rely on LMS to complete the new hire assessment and skill assessments to gauge the new hire's suitability and accountability to the role assigned. Very easy to assign tasks in LMS to new hires and very easy to get them implemented in the systems for general use. **What do you dislike about LMS?** While assigning tasks and assessments to new hires it sometimes glitches. Some assessments are shown as locked or not available to assign. **What problems is LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** LMS is leaning management system which help in getting new hires trainined for our process. it is every easy to use and with the help of modules and assessments we can train the staff well on the real time scenarios. this will help them understand the process and products inside out. Onboarding a new hire in a organisation which have very complex processes and multiple policies and processes is difficult and with the help of LMS we can easily trainnined the staff and made them efficient in handling customer queries. ### 2. It houses all the training requirements and is used for new staff onboarding and training assignments. Staff complete their training in LMS and their training record is kept for training compliance purposes and can be presented as proof of training documentation during audits. **What do you dislike about LMS?** LMS sometimes has glitches and staff is not able to open training assignments or sign for training they have completed, making the training overdue in the system and thus showing negative training compliance for the staff member and company metrics. IT is sometimes required to fix system glitches so training can be brought to compliance. **What problems is LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** LMS helps show training compliance for the company and metrics can be collected from the training data. ### 3.
