**What do you like best about Livid?**

What I liked most about Livid is the ease of use of the interface, which is very intuitive and quick to learn. Additionally, the technical support has been exceptional, always available and friendly, which has given me a lot of confidence in using the platform. They helped me a lot by providing appropriate documentation to carry out complete transfers on my website. The shortcuts to apply the desired appearance to the videos have also been very useful to me.

**What problems is Livid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Livid, I found a more affordable alternative to Vimeo, simplifying video transfer, and the technical support is quick and approachable, making me feel secure using it.

the price. it just works. Its not Vimeo.

It took me a second to figure out how to use, so not as intuitive at first. Also, it's not a "known" thing yet

Vimeo was too much money, and I hated what it was becoming after its acquisition
