**What do you like best about Livid?**

What I liked most about Livid is the ease of use of the interface, which is very intuitive and quick to learn. Additionally, the technical support has been exceptional, always available and friendly, which has given me a lot of confidence in using the platform. They helped me a lot by providing appropriate documentation to carry out complete transfers on my website. The shortcuts to apply the desired appearance to the videos have also been very useful to me.

Nothing to indicate

**What problems is Livid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Livid, I found a more affordable alternative to Vimeo, simplifying video transfer, and the technical support is quick and approachable, making me feel secure using it.

Super easy to use. Reliable. Thoughtfully designed. Simple, simple, simple. Low price point, great support.

**What do you dislike about Livid?**

They don't have the ability to share folders or collections of videos yet but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they release that feature.

**What problems is Livid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Livid for embedding product videos on our website.

the price. it just works. Its not Vimeo.

**What do you dislike about Livid?**

It took me a second to figure out how to use, so not as intuitive at first. Also, it's not a "known" thing yet

**What problems is Livid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vimeo was too much money, and I hated what it was becoming after its acquisition
