They understand that our success is intertwined with theirs, and they go above and beyond to support us in achieving our goals. **What do you dislike about LiveBuyers?** It takes a couple of months to see results, but that's with everything in life. **What problems is LiveBuyers solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helpling me generate leads, specifically seller leads. They're services has actually brought me business. ### 2. I was served less than 1/3 of the promised leads that were given to me, and the return on my investment was zero. The leads were shady, and often with no direct contact info. And when contact info was given, they had no idea livebuyer was selling their information. I am a Zillow premier agent and convert 46% of my leads monthly. I canceled my subscription one month before the end of the term, And was met with a response by the live buyer representative Mike Hopgood, by being called a liar, and other narcissistic and verbally abusive responses. I make a very good living on my career, and have no need to lie about canceling my subscription to get my $1400 reimbursement back. they are obviously hard up enough to insult their consumers and are astoundingly capable of doing so with permission from the owners of their corporation. I’m absolutely disgusted at this web service and their fraudulent regeneration company. **What do you dislike about LiveBuyers?** Abusive treatment. Failure to refund money that is owed. **What problems is LiveBuyers solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at all. They served zero viability leads. ### 3. If you have an issue, he addresses it competently and promptly. In this era when people hide behind their computers, Mike actually answers phone calls, returns phone calls, and knows how to carry on a professional, yet friendly, conversation to get the job done. What a refreshing change from today’s norm! LiveBuyers has paid off for me, but only because I’ve worked the leads, and Mike has worked with me to adjust things along the way. It’s been a good team effort. **What do you dislike about LiveBuyers?** I want to refer clients to my website, but when I do, they have to login. Thus, they come through as a lead, which is not what I want. Also, I wanted to get listing leads, not just buyer leads -- tried that for about 6 months and the "leads" were not leads at all. LB requires quite a bit of time and follow-up to find the one or two real potential buyers out of 20-30 names that come into the pipeline. But, like any lead referral investment, it's a risk/reward gamble. LB is the only one I've kept, other than a couple of Zillow zip codes. LB requires more mining of leads, but also at much lower investment, thus higher dollar return if you don't waste too much time on the mining. After over two years with LB, I still feel I'm getting sufficient return on my investment. **What problems is LiveBuyers solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing specific at this time -- just very good about responding to questions and requests. ### 4. He walked me through my website and listened to my concerns. **What do you dislike about LiveBuyers?** N/A in general. If anything it could be decent leads and after I ended with them they still debited my card while I was undergoing chemo. **What problems is LiveBuyers solving and how is that benefiting you?** None just will never use them, a lot of money for nothing ### 5. In less than three months, I converted a lead to an active listing and will do my 2nd listing after finding the homeowner a home. This lead generation is a good investment. **What do you dislike about LiveBuyers?** Many of the leads were just curious about their home's value and had no interest in putting their home on the market. There have to be more questions asked of the homeowner before sharing their contact information with a realtor. Making calls is time-consuming and a waste of time if I'm trying to convert these leads. **Recommendations to others considering LiveBuyers:** Ask questions, have comps ready before making the call and make the connection within 24 hours. **What problems is LiveBuyers solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to make the calls as soon as I receive a lead and ask the right questions to engage them. I have to make sure I'm in front of my laptop to pull up comps and share it with them. ### 6. Very good at selling the product **What do you dislike about LiveBuyers?** Zero business from Livebuyers - and even though it was agreed with the original salesperson that I was only signing up for a 6 month period - the form contract has an automatic renewal section. My bad for not carefully going through the contract when signing up. Just learned that my credit card was charged for another 6 months. That amazing salesperson that I worked with originally - and had the power to make almost anything happen - now has no power and has "passed my concerns to the billing department"..... **What problems is LiveBuyers solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem was wasting my money with Livebuyers. I have not realized any benefits. Lots of fake referrals over the past six months. Not one real lead. ### 7.
