What do you like best about LiveAdmins?

The Live Admins Chat Bot software has helped us unlock insights into our customer's questions that we never knew existed. They learn over time so that we don't have to intervene as they have already answered the question fully. It makes it look as if HFTP is open 24/7 & ready to serve all of our customers no matter where they are located in the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
