Easy to use and it helps out your customers when they have problems or questions they can talk directly to u instead of putting in support tickets

Sometimes the connection was cut  other than that didn't have any other problems

**What do you like best about Live Chat 3?**

Live Chat 3 tool has all the basic features for a live chat which can be used for in-app messaging. I like that we can get the chat reports and also email the chat logs. 

**What do you dislike about Live Chat 3?**

They need to integrate with more applications. For example, twilio integration would provide additional feature to send messages via SMS.

Can consider trying out this application and see if it fits their needs.

Live Chat 3 makes it easy to communicate with customers on their mobile devices. This proved to be fairly fast and easy to use to obtain quick responses.
