I appreciate that LitCommerce saves me a lot of time and helps keep my listings consistent when integrating my Shopify with Etsy. If I have a question or issue, there's a human to assist me, and they are great at follow-up, which is impressive. The automation is great, and the AI is a large benefit, but it's wonderful to have easy access to people that care when needed. It's also extremely unusual these days. If they had more published information and options regarding metafields, it would be great. Adding a bit of if / or / and logic, etc. would give me more options to save time. I find LitCommerce very easy to work with, and the chat support is super fast and very helpful. I'm 110% satisfied with the platform so far. I love the seamless integration between our Shopify channel and other platforms like Reverb and eBay. It's super easy to set up! Inventory management and listing management are both very easy. I really love how LitCommerce's support team is fantastic. They are friendly, always very knowledgeable, and even help me on Sundays, which is when I usually get time to work on Shopify. They have solved inventory sync and variant issues, and helped me understand the critical parts of the tool that I need to know. The support team often sends screenshots, videos, and links to make things easy for me, which I really appreciate. Although the tool is very robust and complex, I value their support in ensuring that I don't make any wrong moves. It's a very robust tool with a LOT of settings. One setting that has caused confusion is that in order to sync orders, you need to enable 'Inventory Sync' even though we don't track inventory - this has been confusing. They should separate 'Inventory Sync' with 'Order Sync'. To be honest, I don't even know if this is still an issue or if I fully understand it, but I know it's been a stumbling point for me. Being unable to implement changes from any point in the workflow isn't always helpful (e.g. if I updated something in one platform that isn't the main store, it would be nice to update the main store from there as an option). Some platforms are easier to edit listings on. So to have the flexibility to make edits in any of them and push those edits to all the others would be perfect. Easy integration between our shopify store and ebay. We sync hundreds of individual items and need to manage our inventory in one place. LitCommerce lets us do that. It solves the issue of stock control across two selling platforms and simplifies listing my products to eBay, giving me more time to focus on the running of my website. I find it easy to use and cost-effective. But beyond that, the support provided by the team at LitCommerce is fantastic. They are friendly, always available, and very responsive, going above and beyond to help sort out any issues. They provide solutions with clear screenshots and explain exactly what I need to do and why.
