Linktrust has been a PARTNER and I truly feel that they are an extension of my team. They're always helping me find solutions at all levels. They literally will contact me by personal phone on weekends/vacations when there is an open issue I'm dealing with. I've always felt taken care of and supported **What do you dislike about LinkTrust?** Some of their interfaces are a bit dated -> but will take this EVERY TIME for the efficiency it brings. Sure there are tiny icons everywhere, but I'm not clicking 3 times to get to the page I want. Not the prettiest, but I love how easy it is to get where I need to go. **What problems is LinkTrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leadgen and affiliate tracking/management. ### 2. The rich reporting tools and the user-friendly interface enable easy evaluation of campaign performance. Additionally, I appreciate accurately attributed links and the ability to personalize them. **What do you dislike about LinkTrust?** I occasionally find that there is a stiff learning curve associated with LinkTrust, despite its many benefits. There is need for improvement in the setting of the program's more advanced capabilities so that they are easier to use. His customer service is refreshing. I always receive quick responses from him. I value this because I operate a pretty fast pace start-up and those quick responses can often impact operations. **What do you dislike about LinkTrust?** I could use more training. My last campaign didn't go smooth and even with tech support, I don't feel like we solved the problem. **Recommendations to others considering LinkTrust:** LinkTrust offers many features and options. The system is not extremely hard to navigate, but it does require attention to deal as well as someone who is comfortable managing systems. **What problems is LinkTrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think Linktrust affiliate program can be updated. I've made suggestions regarding adding social media handles as a referral source. Regarding Benefits, Linktrust gives my organization the ability to manage national affiliate campaigns. When we started with Linktrust, we were not sure about our level of using affiliates. As it turns out after experimenting with the software we made a decision not to pursue this avenue.
