One of my biggest issues with SaaS companies is that they're always trying to sell you something while not actually working to your actual benefit. Linktrust has been a PARTNER and I truly feel that they are an extension of my team. They're always helping me find solutions at all levels. They literally will contact me by personal phone on weekends/vacations when there is an open issue I'm dealing with. Some of their interfaces are a bit dated -> but will take this EVERY TIME for the efficiency it brings. Sure there are tiny icons everywhere, but I'm not clicking 3 times to get to the page I want. One of LinkTrust's selling points is how much easier it is to track and analyze links when I use it. The rich reporting tools and the user-friendly interface enable easy evaluation of campaign performance. Additionally, I appreciate accurately attributed links and the ability to personalize them. I occasionally find that there is a stiff learning curve associated with LinkTrust, despite its many benefits. There is need for improvement in the setting of the program's more advanced capabilities so that they are easier to use.
