What impresses me most about Lindy is its combination of power and accessibility. Previously, I spent hours qualifying leads and scheduling meetings. With Lindy, I created an "assistant" that monitors my email, understands the context of a new conversation, checks if the lead fits our ideal profile, and, if so, suggests available times in my schedule. It's like having a dedicated employee working 24/7. The visual construction interface, which resembles assembling LEGO blocks, makes creating these complex workflows something even I, without programming knowledge, can do. The time savings are real and allow me to focus on strategic tasks rather than operational ones.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

While the tool is fantastic, the learning curve for truly complex flows can be steep at first. Creating a simple automation is quick, but when you start adding multiple conditions, branches, and integrations with different APIs, it takes planning and some trial and error to get the logic right. Additionally, the price, while justified by the ROI, can become a limiting factor for small teams as you need more "Lindies" or monthly tasks. It's a premium investment, and it would be great to see intermediate plans that better accommodate growing teams.

I've been using Lindy AI for a little while now, and what I like best is how much time it saves me. It handles repetitive tasks and scheduling with surprising accuracy, which has really helped reduce my mental load. **What do you like best about Lindy?**

Lindy's flexibility is its biggest flex. Unlike other automation tools that are super clunky and rigid, Lindy lets you build 'agents' that actually get the context.

I use it to completely automate our new client onboarding process. When a new contract gets signed in our CRM, a Lindy is triggered: it fires off a welcome email, sets up a Google Drive folder, adds the client to our project tool, and schedules the first kick-off meeting.

The integrations are rock solid, and the ability to chain multiple complex actions together is straight-up game-changing.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

I'd really love to see the native integration catalog grow even more. While the must-haves (Google, Slack, Office 365) are all there, we use a few niche tools specific to our industry that aren't directly supported yet

**What problems is Lindy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lindy solved my biggest problem: the overload of low-value tasks that were stopping me from focusing on strategic work.

Before, I was totally slaved to my inbox. Now, I’m saving anywhere from five to seven hours a week. I'm reinvesting those hours directly into business growth and projects that actually move the needle.

It's literally like having an elite 24/7 assistant for a fraction of the cost.

I like how it responds back to you and gives you good feedback. This program is amazing to me. It is my first time using any type of program such of this nature, and it helped me out so many ways to view my business and see bigger future towards market in my business, designing my business and helping my business grow.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

I wish this program offered animation features or allowed for more video integration when rendering images. Sometimes the images it produces look realistic, but other times they don't quite achieve that level of realism. I would really like it to be more consistently realistic, and I hope that in the future, video and animation capabilities might be added. Despite these wishes, I still think this is the best program I have ever used.

I really like how easy it is to prompt Lindy to build Ai agencies that provide accurate and timely information and help me accomplish tasks in minutes rather than hours or even days/weeks.  Each agency I've built has been incredibly easy to implement and integrate in my current systems.  I use it every day.

So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like.

The biggest problem Lindy is currently solving for me is my website SEO.  I built an agent that monitors and reviews my website every day and then emails me a detailed report that includes suggestions on how to improve my website, how my website compares to my competitors, tasks that should be completed today, tasks/strategies for the future, along with several other suggestions.  Without the agent, I would be lost and not know how to improve the website and its visibility.

**What do you like best about Lindy?**

Lindy is an outstanding tool for code review. It can refine code that you already have, for example, HTML or CSS sheets from Finalsite or Edlio, and it can make the code more efficient, remove any redundancies, offer improvements and suggestions, or create new ideas on the fly that fit right into the code. It's very easy to use and what separates this from Chat GPT is that it is able to handle larger code blocks, so I don't have to worry about something getting cut off or going missing.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

Not too much, but sometimes it might take like 4-5 times to fix one solution because it didn't consider the code in its entirety (other scripts factored in), but it's not a deal-breaker. It's still the best coding platform I've used so far.

Formatting UI, navigation interface, primarily in the form of code review and debugging code.

The templates!! There are so many products that are AI-Native and you are always scratching your head on the outcome... Lindy literally gives a library of templates to user and make small tweaks to for your specific need. Finally AI used right! Also, implementing Lindy into my day to day workflow took minutes... compared to competitors, Lindy is by far the most seamless solution that you can implement and use every single day.

When I started to generate leads from Lindy, I was a bit concerned because it says that you will get your list in a few minutes. This is very reasonable but for someone who uses AI for everything, not seeing the thought process made me worried it wouldn't come back with the results I was looking for, but I was so wrong lol.

We live in a messy world today with all the siloed tech solutions and there is way too much noise but Lindy is the first solution I can genuinely say has given me back days through email automation and lead generation, and time is the only thing you will never get back! So Lindy benefits me by giving back time.

I initially disliked how steep the learning curve was for something marketed as “no-code,” but what truly alarmed me was the company’s handling of user data and billing.  After deleting my account, I was still charged $34.99 - which should never happen if a system properly removes payment information and personal data. When I raised this with their support team, their response was shockingly casual: “No worries, you won’t be charged again :)” No investigation, no acknowledgment of the severity of processing a payment after account deletion, and no transparency about how my information remained active. This kind of negligence raises serious red flags about Lindy’s compliance and data security practices. Considering how many permissions and integrations the platform demands across email, calendars, and cloud storage, I wouldn’t trust this company with any personal or sensitive data.

I used Lindy to automate personal tasks like email triage, but it was complex to set up, and there were billing issues even after account deletion.

I really enjoy the notetaker feature, as it allows me to ask numerous questions and aids in summarizing and strategizing effectively. Integration with Zoom is seamless, making it an effortless part of my meetings. I love using it for legal meetings and any complicated issues where I won't be able to remember all the details or next actions.

I would have a better search area so that it could search all the note-taking sessions at the same time.  I would also like to be able to include it in the "hide non-video participants" so I can see my colleagues in bigger windows (in Zoom).

**What do you like best about Lindy?**

I’m not a technical person: I’m much more creative and strategic. And I often feel that the technical side of a task can bring a silent trap: you end up spending so much time and energy just making something work that you start neglecting the quality and usefulness of the outcome. Only very experienced technical people can truly keep a good balance between quality and technical execution without getting lost along the way.

That’s why I find Lindy amazing: it makes things so much easier and democratizes a process that would otherwise be very complicated: creating AI agents.

For someone from a developing country, the price of Lindy is still high, even though it is more affordable than other competitors.

**What do you like best about Lindy?**

I appreciate Lindy's simplicity and the step-by-step guidance it provides, making it accessible even for those who aren't coders. The setup process was seamless and trouble-free. I value how Lindy creates workflows, saving me multiple hours weekly, and the ability to trigger these workflows daily or weekly as needed. The cost is worthwhile, and Lindy effectively brings back significant time into my life.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

There is nothing I can think of.  Lindy is very user friendly.

**What problems is Lindy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lindy to create workflows, saving me multiple hours per week. It simplifies complex tasks and integrates seamlessly with other tools, freeing my time to focus on selling products.

**What do you like best about Lindy?**

It produced a near complete webpage for me.  Just a few minor tweaks and it'll be ready to go to inhouse production.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

I haven't found any downsides yet.  I need to rename the webpage and get in into soft production with engineering staff.

**What problems is Lindy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our civil engineers need to get the latest codes for each project they design.  The designs all use basic principles but each jurisdiction is different.  They can spend a lot of time and effort working on a design and need to get it accurate the first time.  Knowing the codes upfront is essential.

**What do you like best about Lindy?**

Much easier to use than n8n for automations. Best for chat automations like an email bot and when it is hooked up to google services (sheets, forms, etc).

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

The only downsides are when connections break. I think they break less than n8n or others, but still annoying. Also it's pretty expensive because it heavily uses ai to craft and perform automations.

Automations within my business.

The interface is super easy to understand and the services are things I use frequently!

I wish I found it sooner.! I’m still kind of exploring it but so far I wish that the AI was a little bit more powerful but also I haven’t paid for a subscription or anything.

**What do you like best about Lindy?**

I discovered Lindy during an internal AI hackathon while searching for smarter ways to run outbound. It took a couple of days to really grasp the logic and flow, but once I did, it became a core part of my growth stack.

Lindy is intuitive, flexible, and clearly built with AI-native teams in mind. I love how easy it is to build multi-path campaigns that are both automated and personalized—without duct-taping five other tools together. It feels like a true next-gen platform for outbound, where I can move fast, test iteratively, and actually scale without losing control.

The UX is clean, the logic builder makes sense, and the learning curve is worth it. Once you’re in, it’s fast and powerful.

**What do you dislike about Lindy?**

The community isn’t super active yet, which means I can’t always crowdsource ideas or find quick peer-led solutions when I hit a snag. The product itself is strong, but I’d love to see more user-generated content, playbooks, and shared best practices as the user base grows.

**What problems is Lindy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not just automating tasks; it’s multiplying my effectiveness. Lindy is 40x-ing what I can execute in a day, giving me back time to focus on messaging, testing, and strategy rather than wiring up flows or chasing follow-ups. That’s the real unlock.

That it has credits that expire and it should be free for individual users.
