I really like Linbis Logistic Software because I use it for all my logistics processes, both by air and sea. It is a very interesting and user-friendly system that is connected with QuickBooks, which allows us to have a very fast and smooth operation, with a clear and transparent financial interface. Since we acquired Linbis, I have found that the screen is incredibly easy to understand for anyone, even for those who do not know much about logistics. The dashboard and reports are among the best, as they allow us to fully track all the information. The dashboard provides me with a wealth of data, such as comparative amounts with the previous year, profitability, billing status, and main clients. Additionally, I can filter the reports in ascending or descending order, which greatly facilitates the process. Anything can always be improved, always. I think an app would be interesting because when you look at it on mobile, it's not yet made for mobile, so you have to scroll the screen to see better. What I love most about Linbis Logistic Software is the accessibility it provides, as it is a cloud-based system. No matter where I am, I can access all the necessary information from any device, whether it's my phone or any computer, simply with my username and password. This includes access to documents, client accounting and billing details, and the management of assigned shipments. Additionally, I love that clients can also access their own shipments and receive automatic email notifications whenever we update something related to their operations. For me, what could be improved is having a dashboard where we can see the established transit times and get an alert for the dates when they are approaching for arrival dates, just as there is accessibility within the system to see the dispatch dates. Because there it does allow us to have that visibility, and to have the cut-off marked for when they are exports, that we have the same opportunity in the inbound, that the cut-offs are also seen from the dashboard, this could be a very easy tool to use within the same. I use Linbis Logistic Software for my specialty freight forwarding and global trade company. I really appreciate the ease of use and how easy it is to customize everything for my specific operation. I also enjoy the new form editor and the ability to edit operations based on what type of operation my company handles. These features make my team faster, and I love how flexible Linbis is with the changes you can make in the operations flow. It's amazing.
