Work From Anywhere with Orbit Lightspeed Voice extends beyond the desk phone with Orbit, its desktop communications application, and LS Orbit for mobile devices. Orbit allows users to make and receive business calls from their computer while staying connected to their Lightspeed Voice extension. LS Orbit brings the same flexibility to mobile devices, allowing employees to communicate using their business phone system while working remotely, traveling, or moving between locations. This gives teams more flexibility without requiring employees to use personal phone numbers for business conversations. AI-Powered Conversation Intelligence with NOVA NOVA brings artificial intelligence directly into the Lightspeed Voice platform, turning business calls into useful information teams can review, search, and act on. NOVA can automatically transcribe calls, generate concise call summaries, analyze sentiment, identify important information, and make conversations easier to review without listening to an entire recording. Features include: * Call transcription * Smart call summaries * Sentiment analysis * PII redaction * Information extraction * Ask NOVA for questions about call content * Searchable conversation insights These capabilities help users quickly understand what happened during a call, identify important details, and spend less time reviewing recordings or manually documenting conversations. NOVA Pro NOVA Pro expands Lightspeed Voice's AI capabilities with additional tools designed to help businesses evaluate conversations, automate follow-up, and turn call data into actionable insights. NOVA Pro capabilities include Success Score, Call Queries, automated follow-up assistance, Custom Summaries, Sentiment Alerts, Automated Reports, and other advanced AI tools. Success Score helps organizations evaluate calls against criteria that matter to their business. Call Queries allow teams to identify specific information or behaviors within conversations. Automated reporting and alerts help surface important trends without requiring managers to review calls individually. Together, NOVA and NOVA Pro help transform phone conversations from isolated interactions into structured business intelligence. Integrations That Connect Calls to Business Workflows Lightspeed Voice integrates with many of the platforms businesses already use to manage customers, prospects, policies, sales activity, and internal workflows. Integrations can connect communications with CRM, agency management, and business management systems, reducing manual data entry and giving users relevant customer information while they communicate. Supported integrations include platforms such as Applied Epic, AMS360, AgencyZoom, Momentum, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst, Salesforce, HubSpot, Wealthbox, Acumatica, InsuredMine, ClientCircle, and others. Depending on the integration, users can access capabilities such as screen pops, click-to-call, contact matching, call activity tracking, and other workflow enhancements. These connections allow employees to spend less time switching between systems and more time focused on the customer. Call Reporting and Visibility Lightspeed Voice provides reporting and analytics tools that help organizations understand how their phone system is being used. Managers can review call activity, recordings, user performance, call volumes, and other communication data through the Lightspeed Voice dashboard. This visibility can help businesses identify trends, improve staffing decisions, evaluate customer interactions, and understand how effectively calls are being handled. When combined with NOVA and NOVA Pro, traditional call reporting becomes even more valuable by adding context about what was actually discussed during conversations. Built for Customer-Focused Teams Lightspeed Voice is especially valuable for organizations where phone conversations are an important part of sales, service, support, and customer retention. Rather than operating as a standalone phone system, Lightspeed Voice is designed to become part of the organization's broader workflow. Calls can connect with existing business applications, conversations can become searchable data, and employees can communicate across desk phones, computers, and mobile devices through the same platform. The result is a communication system that helps businesses stay connected, work more efficiently, and gain greater insight into every customer conversation. Lightspeed Voice combines cloud communications, mobility, integrations, analytics, and AI-powered conversation intelligence in one platform, giving businesses the tools to communicate effectively today while building a smarter communications workflow for the future.
